Who we are:
Jen & Sean Barrer purchased Sew Kool Embroidery in 2023 from Cindy & Tom Keyes. We felt it was a perfect addition because it paired well with who we are and where our interests lay.
Sean worked in IT for 25 years doing many things from computer repairs and websites to enterprise networking solutions before making the switch to a more hands on job working for Classic Graphics as a sign maker/installer.
Jen is an accountant who runs her own small firm Above the Bar Bookkeeping Ltd. She loves working in the community, building relationships with other small businesses and program directors as well as volunteers her time with Scouts Canada.
Together Jen & Sean make a great team complementing each other and are looking forward to servicing your apparel needs whether its for work, play or a custom gift.

What to expect when

Make a Plan
Meet with the client to discuss their needs including quantities, type of apparel and pricing
Digitizing and ordering
While your image is being digitized for stitching (if not already prepared), we will be placing your clothing order.
Production
Once all apparel has been received, Let the stitching commence!
Product Pickup
Once your apparel has gone through QA, we will arrange pickup.
Never placed an order before? Here are some things you should know or consider:
- Do you have a logo designed yet?
- Not sure how it will look stitched? We would be happy to sew a sample for you to review and approve.
- What colors are your logo? What colors of apparel are your looking for? Keep in mind you don’t want black on black as it won’t show very well.
- We do not have minimums on embroidery orders but silk screening has a minimum order of 24 pieces to make it cost effective.
- Turn around times are 1-2 weeks for embroidery and silk screening can be 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year make sure you give yourself enough time to place your order.
- We only sew on materials we supply
